For content - This is an educational show, so PG rated content, NO FOUL LANGUAGE, NO NUDITY, Maximum run time 20 minutes, and granting Clip Frames non-exclusive rights to broadcast on cable television.

Short films should include an introduction by the filmmakers (IE "Hello my name is/we are ___________ and this is our film _________"), and after the short film, any behind the scenes footage and/or interview(s) that explain about the making of the film with an emphasis on technical and artistic decisions.
